What I Do
I build the operating infrastructure that lets founders and executive teams execute at a higher level. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, systems, and AI — translating ambiguous direction into structured, accountable execution. I use Claude Code and agentic tooling as my primary build environment. Everything I ship is documented for an external reader.
Work
AI Operations Architect
Independent
Next.js 15 · Supabase (PostgreSQL + RLS + Edge Functions) · Stripe · Vercel · Resend · Sentry · hCaptcha
Full-stack SaaS directory platform built solo. 3,172 licensed California structural engineers sourced from BPELSG. 93.8% Google Maps enrichment rate across 3,156 processed records. 58 county pages, 301 city pages, full claim flow, tier system, review schema. Outreach pipeline written and documented. Edge Functions built with daily cron schedules for tier desync detection, grace period enforcement, and onboarding sequencing.
13-department agentic operating system. Each department runs its own Claude Code CLI agent with a scoped workspace, defined access tiers (Full / Read / Restricted / Zero), and a provider health monitoring layer that surfaces failures before workflows break. Built as a personal operating infrastructure for running parallel ventures and career work simultaneously.
Designed a 14-section framework to translate a senior BD professional's tacit expertise into an AI-executable workflow. Mapped decision trees, objection logic, voice calibration rules, and escalation criteria. Defined the governance layer — what the system executes autonomously, what requires human review, when to escalate — built into system architecture rather than operating procedures.
Director of Operations
Reset Outdoors
Built operational infrastructure from the ground up across a multi-program organization. Unified three service lines into a coherent operating model. Established decision rights, accountability structures, SOPs, and operating cadences from zero. Designed weekly review rhythms and KPI tracking that gave leadership real-time execution visibility without requiring daily involvement. Led cross-functional teams through concurrent initiatives simultaneously.
Strategy & Operations Consultant
TFX / Independent
Worked with a PE-adjacent portfolio operator to restructure an underperforming business relationship. Identified the fastest path to revenue, freed founder capacity, and surfaced an acquisition opportunity that led to a new business unit formation and contract restructuring. Designed a 13-episode thought leadership framework for a founder-led podcast — subject lines, guest outreach sequences, and structured prompts designed to extract and substantiate the founder's actual thinking rather than generate content on their behalf.
Operations & Compliance Consultant
Confidential (Fortune 500 Client)
Managed a PCI DSS compliance program for a Fortune 500 consumer goods manufacturer. Coordinated an 18-member distributed team across multiple regions with zero missed regulatory milestones. Built project tracking infrastructure, compliance documentation workflows, and business requirements specifications that supported distributed execution without central oversight at every stage.
Assistant Buyer
DICK'S Sporting Goods
Managed multi-brand inventory planning across quarterly buying cycles. Coordinated cross-functional execution with supply chain, planning, marketing, and store operations. Delivered executive performance reporting on a weekly cadence across a high-volume retail operations environment.
Earlier Career
Project Architect
Morali Architects
Led solar PV installation projects through full lifecycle from proposal to permit approval. Managed scope, timelines, vendor coordination, and regulatory compliance across multiple concurrent projects.
Code Compliance Specialist
KM Associates of New York
Reviewed construction documents for compliance with NYC building codes. Coordinated with architects, engineers, and city agencies across commercial and residential projects.
Builds · Competition · Community
Chief Notes Skool Community — AI Builder Competitions
Multi-agent AI operating system for a four-person boutique real estate team. Seven specialist agents: orchestrator, lead qualifier, property researcher, client communications, transaction coordinator, daily deal desk, and BD coordinator. Three root behavioral contracts — HANDOFF_PROTOCOL, CASE_STATE_SCHEMA, and an Emotional Intelligence layer applying Psychology of Money frameworks to real estate client archetypes. Five complete end-to-end case flows committed to the repo.
Judge feedback: "Ariel didn't submit a competition entry. They submitted a product launch packaged inside a competition entry." Announced as winner, rescinded on administrative eligibility — not merit.
A composite mentor character derived from studying 10+ operators: Andy Grove, Charlie Munger, Bill Campbell, Bill Walsh, George Marshall, Taiichi Ohno, Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Naval Ravikant, Kim Scott. Delivered as two layers: an ICM folder (Claude Project drop-in with CHARACTER, KNOWING, behavioral contract, five signature questions, seven documented blind spots, failure stories, and absolute refusals) and a native iOS voice app in Swift 6 / SwiftUI / iOS 18+. Voice pipeline: hold-to-speak, Apple on-device speech recognition, Claude API streaming and extended thinking.
